What are your domestic shipping policies for orders in the U.S.?
All art is shipped using USPS. All shipments come with tracking. Shipping for original pieces of art are custom will be individually quoted.
What are your international shipping policies for orders outside the U.S.?
Rates vary and will be quoted. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price. Items ordered together will ship together and will have tracking.
How long until an item ships?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days with tracking.
I live in New York too, can I pick up my order?
We love our fellow New York residents — especially the true believers in the Art Cartel — but local pick-up is not an option at this time.
What is your return policy on damaged prints?
If you received your product in damaged condition, in order to initiate a return, please reach out to us within 30 days to process a replacement for your product. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, Artist Cartel will pay for shipping both ways. Here’s how to get started:

Email a photo/video clip of the damaged product to nash@artcartel.org.

Once damage is assessed and confirmed, a prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Please send the product back in its original packaging or similar packaging you may have handy.

After you drop it off with USPS, contact us so we can set up a replacement or refund. Your replacement will get sent out in 1-2 business days (based on inventory).
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping for international customers. Please contact us at nash@artcartel.org if you are an international customer with a defective or damaged product.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, though if you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
